0 6 <br />place when and where said Council would hear protests against said <br />annexation; and <br />(6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the <br />territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis- <br />trict; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35313 of the Government Code of <br />the State of California, the Council determined that the value of the <br />publicly owned territory included within the territory proposed to be <br />annexed, including land and improvements thereon, is <br />Dollars ($ ) ; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at said time and <br />place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to <br />said proposed annexation, and to the time (s) and place (s) to which <br />said hearing was continued, and has at the hearing in open public <br />session duly asked for protests, if any, to the proposed annexation <br />-nd has given all persons full opportunity to protest said annexa- <br />tion and has received evidence relevant to such annexation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, said Council of the City of Redwood City does <br />hereby find and determine that protest to the proposed annexation <br />to the City of Redwood City of the territory designated as <br />It Highlands Territory No, 12 . <br />and more fully described in that certain Resolution No. 3291 <br />entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />Giving Notice of, and Declaring its Intention to, Initiate on its <br />own Motion Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabited <br />Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name <br />RighlWAs Territory No. '12 <br />Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Making Certain <br />Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time <br />Place said Council will hear Protests to said Annexation," <br />-3- <br />
