• <br />• <br />RJC :ek :2/16/61 -7 <br />RE SOLUT I ON N0. 3310 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT FOR z "riNDITURE OF <br />FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES <br />WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, for the budgeting and <br />expenditure of funds allocated from the State highway fund to <br />cities has been presented to this Council for consideration; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of the <br />agreement and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Master Agreement <br />for the Budgeting and Expenditure of Funds allocated from the <br />State Highway Fund to Cities," a copy of which is presently <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br />and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the Mayor and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City, said agreement <br />to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized <br />officials of the State. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a certified <br />copy of this resolution for transmission to the State Department <br />of Public Works. <br />
