RESOLUTION NO. 3304 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REFUND, <br />(REGENT STREET EXTENSION) <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />as follows: <br />1. That on May 9., 1960, the Council of Redwood City <br />adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 3072, declaring its <br />intention to make certain acquisitions and install certain <br />improvements more fully described therein. <br />2. That said Resolution of Intention further provided <br />that any existing funds remaining in the improvement fund <br />after the completion of the work of improvement and acquisi- <br />tion should be refunded or credited pro rata., in the manner <br />provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 10427 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br />3. That the sum of FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY-ONE AND <br />43/100 ($44,051.43) DOLLARS remains in said improvement <br />fund after completion of the improvements and acquisition, <br />and the payment of all expenses therefor, including all ex- <br />penses incidental thereto. <br />4. That the Council of Redwood City hereby advises, <br />orders and determines as follows: <br />(a) That the sum of FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY-ONE AND <br />43/100 ($44,051.43) DOLLARS, being the amount of surplus <br />funds remaining in the improvement fund for Regent Street <br />Extension after payment of all of the costs of the improve- <br />ments and acquisitions and incidental expense, as set forth <br />in Resolution of Intention No. 3072 of the Council of Red- <br />wood City, is hereby ordered to be refunded in the manner <br />provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 10427 of_ the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, that <br />-1- <br />
