a proposed form of the Resolution of Intention to be used by the <br />Bo�:rd of Supervisors of S ^n Mateo County, California in said pro- <br />ceedings. <br />6. That the public interest, convenience and necessity will <br />best be served b;T the making of said improvements and acquisitions <br />and levyintr, said assessments by the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo <br />County, California. <br />That consent be and the same is hereby gm nted to the <br />County of San Mateo, California, acting through its Board of Super- <br />visors to order the improvements and acquisitions described in the <br />Resolution of Intention on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />City of Redwood City, and to levy and collect assessments for that <br />purpose upon the lands and properties benefited thereby within the <br />City of Redwood City as determined by said Board of Supervisors of <br />San Mateo County, California. <br />8. That the proposed form of Resolution of Intention to cover <br />said work be, and the same is, hereby approved. <br />a. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file with the <br />County Clerk of San Mateo Count, California, a certified copy of <br />this resolution. <br />10. That the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, in- <br />tends to and hereby ac;rees to contribute funds toward the cost of <br />the improvements and acquisitions described in the Resolution of In- <br />tention hereinbefore mentioned, sub.'ect to the appropriation of <br />the funds therefor, and further provided that said contribution shall <br />in no event exceed the sum of $25,517.80, and said contribution shall <br />be for the followin'� costs: <br />(a) All of the acquisition costs for rights of way <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood <br />City; (land only) <br />(b) All other costs for acquisition and clearing <br />of rights of way within the corporate limits of the <br />
