Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City Municipal <br />Marina," prepared by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers, <br />and on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br />approved subject to approval thereof by the State of California, <br />Division of Small Craft Harbors. <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements <br />and enlargements to the Redwood City Municipal Marina in <br />accordance with the revised plans and specifications therefor <br />upon approval thereof by the State of California, Division of <br />Small Craft Harbors, said advertisement to be in the form of <br />that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above- <br />mentioned specifications. <br />- 3 - <br />
