• RJC : ek :12/9/6 0 -7 <br />c .. <br />RE S GLUT I ON NO. 328+ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP <br />OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ASSOCIATION OF BAY <br />AREA GOVERNMENTS; AND, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore by motion at its <br />meeting of November 14, 1960, authorized membership of the <br />City of Redwood City in the Association of Bay Area Govern- <br />ments; and, <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br />agreement setting forth the purposes, terms, and provisions <br />of such membership; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution on be- <br />half of the City of Redwood City; <br />N(14, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Association of Bay Area <br />Governments, Agreement," a copy of which is attached hereto <br />marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br />
