I- ] <br />L <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N <br />#C :ek:1/5/61-7 <br />N o. 3282 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF GASOLINE FOR THE PERIOD FEBRUARY 1, 1961 - JANUARY 31, <br />19 AND, AUTHORIZING THE CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, in connection with-the operation of City vehicles <br />it is necessary to enter into a contract for the supplying of <br />gasoline for the period February 1, 1961 - January 31, 1962; and, <br />TqHEREAS,, specifications for the types of, and estimated <br />amounts of, gasoline required for such period have been prepared <br />by the City Manager; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED'WOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLUA7S: <br />1. Those certain specifications for gasoline to be used <br />by the City of Redwood City for the period February 1, 1961 - <br />January 31, 1962, prepared by the City Manager and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said gasoline in <br />accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br />to be in the form of that certain Notice of Sealed Bids set <br />forth in the abovementioned specifications, <br />
