i <br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the present Corporate Limit Line of the City of <br />Redwood City, as established by Ordinance No. 745 adopted October 5, 1953, said <br />angle point being the intersection of the common lot line of Lots 4 and 6, Block 4, <br />as shown on that map entitled "Dumbarton Acres near Redwood City, California ", <br />recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 16 <br />of Maps at Pages 8 and 9, with the northwesterly line of Second Avenue; THENCE North <br />26 26' East along said Corporate Limit Line, said line being the northwesterly line <br />of Second Avenue, 60 feet in width, and its northeasterly prolongation a distance of <br />263.97 feet to an angle point in the present Corporate Limit Line as established by <br />Ordinance No. 428 adopted October 2, 1939, said point being 20.00 feet southwesterly <br />from the northeasterly line of Bay Road, 80.00 feet in width, as shown on said map <br />of "Belle Haven Subdivision No. 2, San Mateo County, California," recorded in the <br />Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Book 17 of Maps at Pages <br />75 and 76; THENCE continuing along the Corporate Limit Line as established by Ordinance <br />No. 428, South 64 29' 30" East along a line 20.00 feet southwesterly, measured at <br />right angles, from said northeasterly line of Bay Road, a distance of 930 feet, more <br />or less, to the centerline of Fifth Avenue, 70.00 feet in width as shown on said map <br />of "Belle Haven Subdivision No. 2 ", said point being an angle point in the Corporate <br />Limit Line of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 675, adopted July 19 <br />1951: THENCE continuing along the Corporate Limit Line of Redwood City as established <br />by Ordinance No. 675, and the centerline of Fifth Avenue, South 25 30'30" West <br />a distance of 18.50 feet to an angle point, said point being the intersection of the <br />centerline of said Fifth ,avenue with the centerline of Bay Road, 83.00 feet in width <br />as shown on that map entitled "Redwood Manor" recorded in the office of the Recorder <br />of San Mateo County, California, May 7, 1946, in Book 25 of Maps at Pages 46 and <br />47; THENCE continuing along the Corporate Limit Line of Redwood City and said center <br />line of Bay Road, South 64 29' 30" East a distance of 35.00 feet to its Intersection <br />with the prolongation of the southeasterly line of Fifth Avenue; THENCE leaving said <br />Corporate Limit Line South 26 24' 35" West along said southeasterly line of Fifth <br />Avenue and its northeasterly prolongation a distance of 853.65 feet, all as shown on <br />said map of "Redwood Manor" to a point on the northeasterly line of that map entitled <br />"North Fair Oaks Subdivision No. 1" filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />
