<br />7.B <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />a. The Village Walk/Inner Esplanade is intended primarily for <br />local use by residents of One Marina, but will be open for public use, and <br />will not be gated. The Village Walk/lnner Esplanade will not be <br />connected directly to the Outer Esplanade, but will be accessible to the <br />pubic from Marina Park. A public access easement will be provided for the <br />Village Walk/Inner Esplanade. <br /> <br />b. At Developer's option, Developer shall either construct or <br />shall provide for the construction of a ten (1 D)-foot wide combined bicycle <br />and pedestrian linkage located within a public access easement running <br />between Bair Island Road and Redwood Creek parallel to the joint <br />property line between Lots 1 and 2 (as shown on Vesting Tentative Map <br />One Marina, For Condominium Purposes, attached hereto as Exhibit 4) <br />and connected to the Outer Esplanade. Such linkage shall be thEfprimary <br />public pedestrian and bicycle linkage through the Property from Bair Island <br />Road to Redwood Creek. <br /> <br />c. The following water re-use requirements shall be the only <br />water re-use requirements applicable to One Marina: (i) if hotel and retail <br />uses are developed pursuant to a subsequently-issued PC Permit, then <br />such uses shall be double-plumbed; and (ii) on-site landscaping and Bair <br />Island Road landscaping will be irrigated with re-use water (iii) comply with <br />the applicable Redwood City Recycled Water Ordinance, - subject to the <br />limitations of this paragraph. <br /> <br />d. Developer will have no responsibility to undertake or to pay <br />for the desig n or construction of any pedestrian bridges across Redwood <br />Creek; provided however, Developer shall permit any such bridges to be <br />linked to the Outer Esplanade within the public access easement granted <br />to the City for the Outer Esplanade. Under rio circumstance shall <br />Developer be required to grant, or otherwise conveyor provide to the City <br />or to any other entity, any other property or property rights for construction <br />or use of, or access to, pedestrian bridges. <br /> <br />11. Affordable Housino Plan. The Affordable Housing Plan attached to the <br />Original Agreement as Exhibit C is hereby replaced in its entirety with the <br />Affordable Housing Plan attached to this Amendment as Exhibit 2 and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />12. Infrastructure and Financino Plan.
