<br />RCSD Contract # <br />201011-727 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 56.1 B <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />This agreement is made as of this day of June 9,2010 by and between the Redwood City School <br />District ("RCSD") and the City of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR") to provide services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. SERVICES <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />A. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide Supplemental extended day academic and <br />enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum <br />Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in <br />Attaclunent B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, Jolm Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane and Taft <br />Schools. The RCSD will provide the necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as <br />described in Attachment A. The CONTRACTOR if applicable will refer 21 st Century <br />Community Learning Center families to existing literacy and related educational <br />development services. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />B. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system (Cityspan) provided by the <br />RCSD to enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this <br />system will be reported in a timely manner within 72 hours. <br /> <br />2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the <br />performance on the agreement. <br /> <br />3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall not assign this agreement or any portion thereof to a third party <br />without the prior written consent ofRCSD. <br /> <br />Initial / <br />-- <br />
