<br />o.1C <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Exhibit "An <br /> <br />The following services are included in landscape maintenance services <br />provided by City to Authority: <br /> <br />1. Pruning. trimming, shaping, ferti1lzing, and the performance of other <br />customary maintenance techniques and activities for ground cover, shrubbery, <br />trees, and other decorative vegetation in and around the landscaped areas <br />located at the "Premisesn hereinafter defined; and replacement planting of said <br />ground cover, shrubbery, trees and vegetation. <br /> <br />2. Application of fertilizer of similar substances customary for the maintenance <br />and growth of landscape ground cover, shrubbery, trees and other decorative <br />vegetation. <br /> <br />3. Application of insecticides and herbicides for the control of deleterious insect <br />infestation and plant disease, respectively. <br /> <br />4. Replacement and repair of Irrigation system parts including heads, emitters, <br />valves, pipe, wire and valve boxes; Monitoring and programming of irrigation <br />schedules. <br /> <br />5. Clean and maintain the southerly parking lot, front entry way and stairs. <br /> <br />6. Provide Level C (weed control and trash removal) maintenance adjacent to <br />newJyacquired (2.0 acres +) land buffer along Radio Road. <br /> <br />7. Provide hand weeding as required for the future soil bed scrubber. <br /> <br />The "Premisesn above referenced includes the landscaped grounds surrounding <br />or in the vicinity of Authority's wastewater treatment plant located at 1400 Radio <br />Road, Redwood City, California and the four (4) sewer pump stations serving the <br />Authority, one each located in Belmont.
