<br />COfY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. p. 2111 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR PORT SECURITY <br />LIGHTING, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AND TRANSPORTATION <br />WORKER IDENTIFICATION CREDENTIAL (TWIC) PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Port Security Lighting, Closed <br /> <br />Circuit Television (CCTV) and Transportation Identification Credential project <br /> <br />(the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br /> <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the work therein described. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Port Security Lighting, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Transportation <br /> <br />Identification Credential Project" located at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, prepared by Moffatt and Nichol, a copy of which documents is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
