<br />/ <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />REG:yc:12/8/60-7 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />3266 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC <br />ALLEY AND RIGHT OF WAY IN BLOCK 2 OF FRIENDLY <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION NO.2, AND AUTHORIZING EXE- <br />CUTION OF AN IMPROVEMENT AGREErilENT <br /> <br />vffiEREAS, in connection with the development of a portion of <br /> <br />the block bounded by Bayshore Freeway, Hoover Street, Annette <br /> <br />Street and Marsh Road, George Crothers, Nick Rogoff and Daniel <br /> <br />Davis desire to improve a public alley and right of way in the <br /> <br />above mentioned block and have requested permission of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City to proceed with said improvementsi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Subdivision Committee, by its <br /> <br />action of June 12, 1959, conditionally approved the subdivision <br /> <br />of certain real property located within the above described blocki <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />vlliEREAS, a condition to the approval of such subdivision was <br /> <br />the execution of an improvement agreemen't to improve the alley in <br /> <br />the above mentioned blocki and <br /> <br />wtmREAS, an agreement has been presented to and reviewed by <br /> <br />this Council and this Council has approved said agreementi <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city and said owners or developers which is marked "Ex- <br /> <br />hibit A,le attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out <br /> <br />at length herein, is hereby approved and the City Manager and/or' <br /> <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
