The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled nAgreement" between the City of <br />Redwood City and Christy Roofing Company, for the performance of <br />said work in accordance with the above mentioned plans and speci- <br />fications and in accordance with the above mentioned proposal, a <br />copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. The City Clerk, upon and after the execution of the <br />agreement authorized in paragraph 3 hereof by the successful <br />bidder, is hereby authorized and directed to return to each <br />bidder to whom award has not been made, the bidder's bond or <br />bidder's security furnished by such unsuccessful bidder to the <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
