<br />" .,- <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />to immediately proceed with the planning and acquisition of <br />rights of way for the ultimate development of the Five Points <br />intersection including a fully elevated interchange structure <br />and as soon as possible thereafter undertake construction <br />thereof in accordance with the plans therefor which have been <br />presented to the City of Redwood City. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That the City of Redwood City intends to immediately <br />commence setting aside sufficient funds from its own revenues <br />and from expected contributions by the County of San Mateo <br />to the end that not later than July 31, 1962, it may enter into <br />and execute an agreement with the state of California providing <br />for a contribution of one million dollars towards the total <br />construction cost of the abovementioned project, said one million <br />dollars to be paid to the state in progress payments during con- <br />struction of said improvements. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
