REG:yc:12/5/60-7 l ,/" RESOLUT.!ON NO. 3260 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUP- PLEMENTARY AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNEC- TION WITH DEVELOPMENT OF REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL MARINA WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has received from the state of California, Division of Small Craft Harbors, a loan for the development of the Redwood City Municipal Marina; and WHEREAS, in connection with the development of the harbor this Council approved an agreement for engineering and consulting services and for the preparation and submission of plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, it now appears that certain revisions and alterations will be necessary in the plans and specifications submitted under the agreement previously approved by the Council; and WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve a supplementary agreement and to authorize its execution on behalf of the City; NOW, THEREFORE : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain agreement entitled ICSupplementary Agreement for Consulting Services in Connection with the Development of the Marine Harbor, II between the City of Redwood City and George S. Nolte, Inc., and H. Morgan Noble, dba Noble Harbor Engineering Company, for the preparation of revisions and alterations to the plans and specifications and contract documents previously submitted to the City of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to exe- cute said agreement on behalf of the City upon securing the written approval of the State of California, Division of Small Craft Harbors. * * *
