Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for doing <br /> <br /> <br />all of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3256 <br /> <br />adopted by said Council onmoember 5, 1960, to which resolution <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for further particulars. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to post a notice conspicuously for five (5) days <br /> <br />on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of Red- <br /> <br />wood City, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the <br /> <br />work and making the improvements described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 3256. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk of Redwood City is ordered and directed to <br /> <br />publish a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the <br /> <br /> <br />work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3256 , for the <br /> <br />period required by law, in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily <br />(except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, published, <br /> <br />printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City and hereby <br /> <br /> <br />designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. Said <br /> <br />notice shall refer to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings <br /> <br /> <br />and specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk for <br /> <br />a detailed description of the work to be done. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicly opened, <br /> <br /> <br />examined, and declared by the Council of Redwood City in the <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> <br />-1- <br />
