<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the <br />places, in the manner, of the sizes, of the materials, and to <br />the lines, grades and elevations as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and specifications made therefor, and on file in the office of <br />the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, and the same are <br />made a part hereof by reference thereto. <br />Whenever any public way is referred to as running between <br />two public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections <br />of the public ways referred to are included to the extent that <br />work shall be done therein pursuant to the plans and specifica- <br />tions hereinbefore referred to. <br />Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official <br />grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to. <br />The total estimated cost of said improvements as determined <br />by the City Engineer of Redwood City, California, is the sum of <br />$33,566.54. <br />Said contemplated work and improvements, in the opinion of <br />said City Council, is of more than local or ordinary public <br />benefit and said Council does hereby make the cost and expenses <br />of doing such work and improv~ments chargeable upon a district, <br />which district said Council declares to be the district benefited <br />by said work and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire <br />cost and expenses thereof and which said district is wholly within <br />the limits of said City of Redwood City, State of California, <br />and is described as follows: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
