<br />,it" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />f'. u. 3:.!. st/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF .cJUBLIC CONV.cGNIEECE AND ":J:2;CES:3ITY <br />MARSHALL STREEI' IMPROVEMENTS <br />(JEFFERSON AVENUE TO MAIN STREET) <br /> <br />";;/HEREAS, on November 21 ) 19 60 , the Council of <br />the 01 ty of Red~i.Jood Oi ty ado'.1ted a resolutiori"01 preliminary <br />determination to make public imj)rovements in the City of Redwood <br />01 ty, being Resolution No. "~..?~L__ of said Council,.. to construct <br />certain public improvements more particularly descrioed therein, <br />and did fix therein this date as the time and place when and where <br />any and D.ll )ersons interested may a',~"pear and sho\'T cause, if any <br />they have, 1;,/'11y the C1 ty Council should not find and determine thG.t <br />the ~)ub1ic convenience and necessi ty requi re the improvements <br />described and referred to in ealc1 resolution 1<iTithout compliance <br />with the SpeciQl Assessment, Investigation, Limita~lon and Majority <br />Protest Act of 1931j ~nd i <br /> <br />0HEREAS notice of the adoDtion of said resol~tion and of said <br />time and place of hearing was given b~ the City Clerk by publica- <br />tion and posting for the time and in the manner provided in said <br />resolution and Ordinance No. 515 of the City of Redwood City, as <br />~ppears from the affidavits on file with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />~lliEREAS no persons objecting to the undertaking of said pro- <br />ceedings without first complying with the provisions of said <br />S~ecic.l Asoessment, Investigation, Limitf1.tion, and Ma.Jority Protest <br />Act of 1931 have filed written objections thereto with the City <br />Clerk 2t or before the time fixed for this hearing by persons <br />lnter-ested, oit1Jning or ho,ving an interest in real In:''o:?erty ~"ithln <br />the proposed assessment district, bearing their signatures, a <br />descri)tlon of their property, and B statement of the nRture of <br />their interest thereinj and <br /> <br />iJHE.."R.EAS all l)ersons h~].ve been gl ven e.n opportuni ty to be and <br />vlere fully heard, and said Council "h~~.s duly considered any and all <br />objections and protests made, and the se-iel proposed imDrovements <br />and the public convenience e.nd necessi ty for making the same; <br /> <br />NOvI, THEREFORE, IT IS H&qEBY RESOLVED by the Council of Red- <br />wood City, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That public convenience and necessity require the <br />improvements described in said Resolution No. ~~. <br /> <br />2. That any a.nd L),ll objections and protests made pursuant <br />to said resolution be, and the SeIDe are, hereby overruled and <br />denied. <br /> <br />3.
