RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREE- MENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PENINSULA CELEBRATION AS- SOCIATION SUBDIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED 3252 vlliEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 of the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Subdivision Committee, by its action of November 17, 1960, conditionally approved a subdivision of real property owned by the Peninsula Celebration Association, a California corporation, into four parcels as shown on that certain map entitled tlSurvey for Peninsula Celebration Association;' prepared by Lawrence G. Brian, dated November 4, 1960, and on file in the office of the Redwood City Planning Department; and WHEREAS, the conditions of approval are the construction of certain right of way and utility improvements and the execution of an agreement for the future construction of certain other right of way improvements; and vlliEREAS, an agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council and this Council has approved said agreement; NOW, THEREFORE : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOViS: 1. That certain agreement entitled ttImprovement Agreement - Peninsula Celebration Association," on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City, pro- vided that said agreement shall not be executed prior to December 3, 1960, or pending final determination of any appeal taken from the actions of the Subdivision Committee at its meeting of November 17, 1960. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accept the deeds of easement referred to in said agreement and is hereby directed to record the agreement and said deeds. * * *
