WHEREAS, LCP Associates represents that it possesses the experience, <br />and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Preparation of an <br />Environmental Assessment For Child Care Facility At Oracle Facilities," by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and LCP Associates, for the performance of the above - mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -0101 2 <br />G As h a redVedwooftou n ci I <br />FXS -dr <br />08/02/01 <br />14305 <br />
