<br />map entitled 'Tract No. 786, Cordilleras Glen, San Mateo County,
<br />California" recorded April 18, 1960, in the office of the
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California, in Volume 53 of Maps
<br />at Page 23, and being more particularly described as follows:
