The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled UAgreementll between the City <br />of Redwood City and Kunz Paving Company for the performance of <br />said work in accordance with the above mentioned plans and <br />specifications and in accordance with the above mentioned pro- <br />posal, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto marked <br />Exhibit nAil and incorporated herein, and to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and condi- <br />tions thereof. <br />4.
