<br />, <br />, ~ <br /> <br />, ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~, . <br /> <br />day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having <br /> <br />any objections to the proposed work and improvements described <br /> <br />herein, or to the grade to which said work and improvements <br /> <br />are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be <br /> <br />assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before <br /> <br />said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed <br /> <br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done in <br /> <br />accordance with this resolution of intention, or why said work <br /> <br />and improvements should not be carried out and done at the <br /> <br />grade as shown on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings <br /> <br />referred to herein, and for hearing any protests in relation <br /> <br />to said proposed improvement. <br /> <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) news- <br /> <br />paper, published, printed and circulated in said City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City, is hereby designated by the Council of said City <br /> <br />as the newspaper in which to publish this resolution of inten- <br /> <br />tion as required by law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby ordered and directed to cause this resolution <br /> <br />of intention to be published in said newspaper twice, as re- <br /> <br />qui red by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City <br /> <br />shall cause notices of the passage of this resolution of in- <br /> <br />tention to be posted in the time, form, manner and number as <br /> <br />required by law. <br /> <br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption <br /> <br />of this resolution of intention to all persons owning real <br /> <br />property proposed to be assessed, whose names and addresses <br />appear on the last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes, <br /> <br />prior thereto, in time, form and manner as required by law. <br /> <br />********* <br /> <br />-5- <br />
