REG:yc:9/28/60-7 RESOLUT1.0N N O. 3216 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF LOT 1, BLOCK "11', WOODSIDE ACRES SUBDIVISION NO.1, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THERE- FOR AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3210 WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of the herein- after described portion of Lot 1 in Block I, as shown on that map entitled ItWOODSIDE ACRES SUBDIVISION ONE,lI filed May 18, 1923, in Book 11 of Maps at pages 34 and 35, San Mateo County, California, Records; and ~rnEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the above described property is not needed for municipal purposes, and that the City Assessor has appraised the herein described property and has determined that the current market value thereof is approxi- mately Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00); and vrnEREAS, it is the intention and desire of, the Council to put said property up for sale; NOW, THEREFORE : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the hereinafter described parcel of real property is not needed for present or future municipal purposes and that the current market value thereof is Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00). 2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to advertise the sale and call for bids, in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, for that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, more particularly described as follows: Portion of Lot 1 in Block lettered .'1" as shown on the map entitled nWOODSIDE ACRES SUBDIVISION ONE," filed May 18, 1923, in Book 11 of Maps at pages 34 and 35, San Mateo County, Calif. Records, said portion described as follows:
