Enqineerinq Construction Inspectors: Any <br />Engineering Construction Inspector employed for more than <br /> <br />l,OOS hours in any twelve month period shall be deemed to <br /> <br />be a permanent employee for the purposes of receiving the <br /> <br />benefits of Sections I, 2, 3 and 4 of this rule provided <br /> <br />that the inspector must be currently employed at the time <br /> <br />any sickness or disability is incurred to qualify for <br /> <br />sickness or disability benefits. For the purpose of com- <br /> <br />puting the accrual of benefits, 168 hours shall be deemed to <br /> <br />be the equivalent of one working month without regard to the <br /> <br />number of calendar days involved. No time worked in excess <br /> <br />of 2,016 hours in any twelve month period shall be included <br /> <br />for the purpose of computing benefits. The provisions of <br /> <br />this paragraph applicable to sickness and disability shall <br />be effective retroactively to July 1, 1960, and the pro- <br /> <br />visions of this paragraph applicable to vacation leave shall <br /> <br />be effective retroactively to August 1, 1959.11 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
