<br />~, <br />\0, .~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REG:yc:9/l6/60-7 <br /> <br />..; <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N N o. 3207 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS IIMARSH <br />ROAD ANNEXATION" FROM MENLO PARK LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as "Marsh <br /> <br />Road Annexationll was annexed to the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />Ordinance No. ~74, said annexation being effective on September 2, <br /> <br />1960; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said area is included in the Menlo Park Lighting <br /> <br />District; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the herein- <br /> <br />after described property known as ItMarsh Road AnnexationU is <br /> <br />hereby declared withdrawn from the Menlo Park Lighting District. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy <br /> <br />of this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the San <br /> <br />Mateo County Assessor, and the Menlo Park Lighting District. <br /> <br />3. The withdrawal of the following described territory <br /> <br />from the Menlo Park Lighting District shall be effective on the <br /> <br />date of adoption of this re.solution. <br />4. The property withdrawn is described as follows: <br /> <br />All that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />
