DES:d~ ]' '04/88 (9002/24) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 8 of the Permit, <br />consent is hereby granted to Lincoln and Seaport to assign their <br />respective Phase III Permit rights to Metropolitan and that <br />certain document entitled "Assignment of Port Permit" dated <br />October 25, 1988 by and among Lincoln, Seaport, and Metropolitan, <br />is hereby approved for the purposes of the aforesaid consent; <br />provided, that Metropolitan, as assignee, shall have assumed all <br />interests which it has acquired by the assignment subject to all <br />of the covenants, conditions and agreements contained in said <br />Permit insofar as they pertain to the Phase III Development. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 23th day of November , 1988. <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, Commissioners: Small, <br /> Castle, Bennett, Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, Commissioners: <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Commissioners: Dodge <br /> PRES~o~m'ais sioner s <br /> ~ ?ECR%T~ Board o-f Port Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
