REG:yc:9/2/60-7 R E.. 2. 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. 3201 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING MADRONE STREET TO BE A STOP ENTRANCE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH HEMLOCK AVENUE, ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING LINDEN STREET TO BE A STOP ENTRANCE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH HEMLOCK AVENUE, AND ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING SOUTH GATE TO BE A YIELD ENTRANCE FOR NORTH BOUND TRAFFIC AT ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH OUTER CIRCLE AND BREWSTER AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of Ordinance No. 758, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic on the Streets of Redwood City,1l adopted February 1, 1954, the entrances hereinafter designated to the street intersections hereinafter described are hereby declared to be stop entrances, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to cause stop signs to be erected and maintained at the locations specified herein: a) Madrone Street at Hemlock Avenue: stop signs to be erected on Madrone Street at its intersection with Hemlock Avenue to control traffic traveling in either direc- tion on Madrone Street. b) Linden Street at Hemlock Avenue: Stop signs to beerected on Linden.Street at its intersection with Hemlock Avenue to control traffic traveling in either direc- tion on Linden Street. 2. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 68 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 758, the entrances of South Gate at its intersections to Outer Circle and Brewster Avenue are hereby declared to be yield right of way entrances for north bound traffic on South Gate and the City Manager is hereby auth- orized and directed to cause yield right of way signs to be erected and maintained at those locations. * * *
