Burton Turner desires to construct a swimming pool; and <br /> <br />ilJHEREAS, the proposed location of the swiwning pool lies <br /> <br /> <br />within a twenty foot (201) wide public utility easement bisecting <br /> <br />the above described property; and <br /> <br /> <br />vITiEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br /> <br /> <br />permit to permit the insta.llation a.nd construction of said swinrrning <br /> <br />pool within said easement; <br /> <br />N01-J, THERE:B10RE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FO LLO~';S : <br /> <br />1. That the City }Vlanager and/or l1ayor is hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute a revocable and conditional encroachment permit allowing <br /> <br />Mr. Burton Turner to install said sw~ming pool in the twetiby foot <br /> <br />(20') wide public utility easement affecting Lots 4 and 5 of <br /> <br />Block 1, Farm Hill No.3. <br /> <br />2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that <br />permi t enti tle d "REV.OCABLE ENCROACH1IENT PERNIT - Eurton Turner - <br /> <br />IJots 4 and 5, Block 1, Parm Hill No. 3,B attached hereto and in- <br /> <br />corporated herein as if set out at length herein. <br /> <br />3.
