<br />~,.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 3135 adopted July 11, 1960 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSr1ENTS <br />AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> <br />GLENWOOD AVENUE - CANYON ROAD AND VICINITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />on July 20, 1959, duly and regularly passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 2806, declaring its intention to make certain <br /> <br />improvements in the City of Redwood City, more particularly <br /> <br />described in said resolution, and to which resolution <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for further particulars; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an assessment diagram was prepared and <br /> <br />approved by the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br /> <br />November 2, 1959, to which diagram reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for further particula~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvements have been satisfactorily <br /> <br />completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an assessment to cover the cost of doing <br /> <br /> <br />the work described in said Resolution No. 2806 has been filed <br /> <br />with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held on July 11, 1960 in <br />the City Hall of the City of Redwood City, at which time all <br /> <br />written protests against said assessment were read; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the same time and place all other pro- <br /> <br />tests against said assessment were heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all said protests were duly overruled and <br /> <br />denied: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That all protests to the assessment heretofore <br /> <br />filed with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to cover <br /> <br />-1- <br />
