<br />~ <br />I ;..~~-- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RJC:ek:6/27/60-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />3131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR A NEW POLICE <br />CAR; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for a new police car necessary for municipal pur- <br /> <br />poses, to replace worn out equipment7 and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment1 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Manager, consisung of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, <br /> <br />specifications and bid sheets, for the furnishing of one new <br /> <br />four-door sedan, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the equipment designated in the aforementioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
