WHEREAS, as a condition to the above findings, the Planning Commission found that it would be necessary for the applicant to meet the following conditions: (a) All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, shall be strictly complied with (b) Existing structures across the lot line being created to be removed before a second building permit is issued; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDvTOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. ?31, the Planning Commission is hereby authorized to grant an exception for, and the Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- ized to approve a tentative map for the subdivision of, the above described property to create two lots, each of which would have an area of 5,000 square feet instead of 6,000 square feet as required by Section 5.31. 2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially in the form of that map marked "Exhibit A, tt attached hereto and incorporated herein as if -set out herein in its entirety. 3.
