.~ . . f' , WHEREAS, as a condition to the above findings', the Planning Commission found that it would be necessary for the applicant to meet the follo1dng conditions: (a) All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, shall be strictly complied with; As a condition precedent to the sale of any lot which would be created by these subdivision proceedings the owner shall, at his own expense, extend the present sewer in Oak Avenue to provide sewer service for each of the lots indicated on the attached Exhibit A; (b) NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TF..E CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLO"VIS: 1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning Commission is hereby authorized to grant an exception for, and the Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- ized to approve a tentative map f'or the subdi vis ion of', the above described property to create three lots, two of' which would have areas of' 5,550 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet as required by Section 5.31. 2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially. in the form of that map marked "Exhibit A," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out herein in its entirety. 3.
