<br />.~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />f' <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to the above findings', the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission found that it would be necessary for the applicant to <br /> <br /> <br />meet the follo1dng conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, <br />shall be strictly complied with; <br /> <br />As a condition precedent to the sale of any lot which <br />would be created by these subdivision proceedings the <br />owner shall, at his own expense, extend the present <br />sewer in Oak Avenue to provide sewer service for each <br />of the lots indicated on the attached Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TF..E CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLO"VIS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631, the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission is hereby authorized to grant an exception for, and the <br /> <br />Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby author- <br /> <br />ized to approve a tentative map f'or the subdi vis ion of', the above <br /> <br />described property to create three lots, two of' which would have <br />areas of' 5,550 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square <br />feet as required by Section 5.31. <br />2. The subdivision which may be authorized by the Planning <br />Commission and the Subdivision Committee shall be substantially. <br />in the form of that map marked "Exhibit A," attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein as if set out herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />3.
