That the sale of all bonds to be issued for unpaid <br />assessments of $50.00 or over is hereby ordered. <br />2. That the amount of bonds to be issued is approxi- <br /> <br />mately $67,654.60. <br /> <br />3. That said bonds shall bear date of September 2, <br />1960 and shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of <br />Division 7, Part 5, of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, and in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, <br />as amended, and shall be paid in fifteen (15) equal annual <br /> <br />installments represented by principal coupons payable on <br />January 2, 1962 to January 2, 1976 inclusive. Said bonds <br /> <br />shall be payable to bearer and shall contain a provision <br />for a five per cent (5%) prepayment premium. <br />4. That said bids shall be opened, examined and publicly <br />declared at or about 8:00 o'clock P.M., Monday, the 1st day <br />of August, 1960, at the regular meeting place of the Council <br /> <br />of Redwood City, Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice <br /> <br />and Records, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />5. The Council of Redwood City will furnish the legal <br /> <br />opinion of Currie, Lebsack & Hannig, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />unqualifiedly approving the legality of said bonds and the <br /> <br />proceedings leading up to their issuance. <br />6. That the Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br /> <br />directed to publish in the Redwood City Tribune a notice <br /> <br />-1- <br />
