MmIMUJll QUALIFICATIOBS Bducat10n and ExPerience: Graduation from an accredited college or un1- . versity with a degree in accounting and at least three years of experience in respon.ible accounting work: graduation from an accredited two year bu.i- ne.s college or school of accounting and five years of responsible accounting experience, or some equivalent combination of education and experience, pro- vided there shall be no substitution for graduation fram the twelfth grade. Knowledge and Ability: Good working knowledge of the principles and practices of governmental and commercial accounting: a general knowledge of public finance administration; ability to examine and verify financial docu- ment. and reports, and to make arithmetical calculations with speed and ac- curacy: ability to do aome original work in developing accounting procedure. and fO~8: some familiarity with machine accounting as related to interpre- tation of data processing report~: ability to maintain cooperative relation- ships and to get along well with othersr ability to supervise accounting and clerical personnel. - Exhibit "F"
