Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the <br /> <br />official grades for said work the grades and elevations to be <br /> <br />shown upon such plans, profiles and detailed drawings. <br /> <br />7. There is to be excepted from the work above described <br /> <br />any of such work already done to line and grade and marked <br /> <br />accepted or shown not to be done on said plans, profiles and <br /> <br />detailed drawings. <br /> <br />8. Except as herein otherwise provided for the issuance of <br /> <br />bonds, all of said proceedings will be had pursuant to Article <br /> <br />II-A of Ordinance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, entitled <br /> <br />"Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance", as amended, and <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 515 of said City, as amended. <br /> <br />9. The Clerk of Redwood City shall give notice of the <br /> <br />adoption of this resolution by publishing a Notice of Proposed <br /> <br />Local Improvement once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily news- <br /> <br />paper published, printed and circulated in said City, and by post- <br /> <br />ing same on or near the Council Chamber door of said Council, <br /> <br />said posting and publication to be completed at least ten (10) <br /> <br />days prior to the date of said hearing. <br /> <br />10. If any surplus shall remain in the improvement fund <br /> <br />contemplated herein after the improvement is completed, such <br /> <br />surplus shall be refunded or credited pro-rata in the manner <br />provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 10,427 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-5- <br />
