<br />...... - ,,< <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />3105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br />REGENT STREEr EXTENSION <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City bas <br />ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br />in the locality in which said public work is proposed to <br />be performed for work of a similar character to that de- <br />scribed in Resolution of Intention No. 3072, adopted <br />May 9, 1960 by the Council of Redwood City; and <br />~'JHEREAS, said ra te of per diem wages is set forth <br />and contained in the specifications for said project, copies <br />of which are on file in the office of said Engineer and also <br />in the office of the Clerk of said City; and <br />~1EREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly con- <br />sidered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all <br />particulars: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City <br />resolves as follows: <br />1. That said wage scale as set forth in the speci- <br />fications for the above-mentioned project is hereby adopted as <br />the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar <br />character to that above described in the locality in which said <br />public work is proposed to be performed. <br />2. That no less than said general prevailing rate <br />of per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be <br />performed under said Resolution of Intention No. 3072. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
