<br />~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />3102 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />OVERRULING PROTESTS ON RESOLUTION OF <br />INT~~TION NO. 3072 <br /> <br />REGENT STREET EXTENSION <br /> <br />vlHEREAS, the Council of' Redvlood Ci ty did, on <br /> <br />May 9, 1960, adopts its Resolution of Intention No. 3072 to <br /> <br />make certain public improvements in and for said City; and <br /> <br />m1EREAS, notice of the hearing on said Resolution <br /> <br />of Intention and the Engineer's Report directed to be filed <br /> <br />thereunder was given in the time, form and manner required <br /> <br />by law; and <br /> <br />~1EREAS, all written protests and other communi- <br /> <br />cations were publicly read at the hearing on said Resolution <br /> <br />of Intention and the Engineer's Report, and all persons <br /> <br />desiring to be heard were fully heard; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City hereby <br /> <br />resolves, determines and orders as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the protests against said acquisitions <br /> <br />and improvements, as set out in said Resolution of Intention <br /> <br />No. 3072, were not signed by the owners of a majority or more <br /> <br />of the area of the lands within the assessment district to be <br /> <br />assessed for the cost and expenses of said work. <br /> <br />2. That all protests to the proceedings and the <br /> <br />Engineer's Report, filed pursuant to the aforementioned <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention No. 3072, be and each of them are, <br /> <br />hereby overruled. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
