THE TIT/IE .A.UD PLACE SAID COUNCIL i,J'ILL HEAR PROTESTS TO SAID ANNEX,l\.TION BE IT RBSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIrry OF REDiJIOOD CITY: vrnEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the Boundary Commission of the County of San Matoo, California, a written description of a proposal to annex to the City of Redwood City all that territory which is hereinafter described; and vn~ERZAS, said Council has received evidence showing that, and finds that, said written description of its said proposed annexation Has filed ~'3'i th the Secretary of said BoundarJ- Coynrnission on 1~ay 12, 1960, and that ~aid Boundary Commission has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report upon said al!.nexation proposal, all as re- quired by lavI, and that said Boundary Comrrlssion has approved the boundaries of said proposed annexation; and NTlEREAS, this Council further has received evidence sho1-Jing, and finds: (1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and (2) That less than twelve registered voters presently reside within said territory and that said territory is therefore unin- habited; NCv^I, THEREPORE: I.
