SPECIAL ORDER OF THE DAY <br /> A. Mayor's 2010 Beautification Recognition Ceremony. ; <br /> Council Member Pierce made some introductory remarks and thanked staff, the <br /> committee members and former Mayor Diane Howard for their work and dedication. <br /> She asked former Mayor Howard to lead this portion of the meeting and recognize the <br /> efforts of residents and businesses. She specifically thanked Ms. Deanna LaCroix and <br /> Ms. Crystel Tuifua in the City Manager's Office for their dedication to this cause. She <br /> also thanked the City Council for their continued support of this 22"d Annual Mayor's I <br /> Beautification recognition and Gino Gasparini, who donated the food for the reception <br /> preceding the event.
