6.1 H <br /> Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 ��� � <br /> TO THE AGREEIVIENT <br /> FOR <br /> CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE SITE SELECTION AND DUE <br /> DILIGENCE F�R A REPLACEMENT JAIL FOR SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> WITH <br /> (SARES REGIS GROUP OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, L.P.) ; <br /> in d effective as of the da of 'I <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered to an y <br /> , 200_, amending the agreement dated September 2�, 2010 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and SARES REGIS GROUP OF NORTHERN CALIF4RNlA, L.P, a <br /> California Limited Partnership, ("Consultant") {collectively, the "Parties"}. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. 4n September 20, 2�14, the Parties executed the agreement for consultation <br /> services for the site selection and due diligence for a replacement jail for San Mateo <br /> County; and <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br /> and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A" <br /> and Exhibit "B" Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> N�V11, THEREF�RE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" Two Hundred Thirty Two Thousand and Five Hundred dollars <br /> ($232,500). With this Amendment, the total aggregate amount for the Agreement shall <br /> not exceed Two Hundred Ninety One Thousand dollars ($291,004). Consultant will <br /> provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours <br /> performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for appro�al by City. <br /> 3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by December 31, <br /> 2010. <br /> 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> tirne to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5.
