BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 522 of <br />the California Harbors and navigation Code, this Board does <br />hereby declare the vessel Miss Monica to be abandoned <br />property. <br /> <br /> 2.
