Accept by motion the completed improvements constructed during the <br />2009-2010 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project, from SpenCon <br />Construction, Inc., Danville, CA and release the ten percent retention <br />in the amount of $22,615.42 withheld during the course of <br />construction in accordance with City procedure. <br />1.
