EXHIBIT A <br /> ti CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2010-1 <br /> (ONE MARINA) <br /> DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES ELIGIBLE TO BE FUNDED BY THE DISTRICT <br /> FACILI'T'IES <br /> It is intended that the District will be authorized to finance all or a portion of the costs of any of <br /> the following improvements: <br /> 1. Fees: <br /> a. All Development Impact Fees set forth in Exhibit D to the Development <br /> Agreement between the City and the Petitioner, dated February 13, 2008, as it <br /> may be amended or supplemented (the "Development Agreement "), including, but <br /> not limited to, potable water fees; sanitary sewer fees; water capacity fees; and <br /> traffic impact fees, and public works review and inspection fees related to the <br /> Facilities. <br /> b. Subject to the completion of a Joint Community Facilities Agreement ( "JCFA "), <br /> all school fees paid with respect to property within the District. <br /> 2. Facilities: <br /> a. Any and all District costs, including payment of equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) <br /> fees, associated with the construction of or District financial contribution to any <br /> "All Zones, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, or Zone D East 101 Public Infrastructure <br /> Requirements as set forth in Exhibit D to the Development Agreement, including, <br /> but not limited to: <br /> • The Blomquist Bridge Extension; <br /> • The Highway 101 pedestrian undercrossing; <br /> • All grading, temporary access roads, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable <br /> water, storm sewer, reclaimed water, natural gas line; communication lines; <br /> electrical facilities; street lights; pedestrian lights; pedestrian walkways; <br /> landscape; signage; paving, curb and gutter; striping; erosion control; or other <br /> improvements necessary to construct or reconstruct Bair Island Road <br /> including all planning, design, construction supervision; geotechnical; survey <br /> and overhead design review and inspection fees necessary to complete same; <br /> • East Bayshore Road Pavement; <br /> • New potable water lines under Highway 101; <br /> • Regional water storage tank including land acquisition; <br /> A -1 <br /> 302108_1.DOC <br />
