Redwood City Nigh Speed Rail Impacts Study <br />Schedule <br />The final project report will be completed within two months of contract authorization. <br />Dyett & Bhatia Qualifications <br />FIRM OVERVIEW <br />Dyett & Bhatia, is a California Corporation, established in 1976, with one office (in the San <br />Francisco Financial District), and a staff of approximately 23, focused on urban planning and <br />design only. Our small size allows us to be nimble and responsive to our clients' needs. Our <br />services include: <br />• Urban design, specific plans, and area plans; <br />• General plans and general plan EIRs; <br />+ Environmental planning and assessment; <br />+ Development codes, zoning ordinances, and subdivision regulations; <br />• Public participation and facilitation; and <br />• Geographic information systems, computer modeling, and visual simulation, <br />Dyett & Bhatla has a multidisciplinary - trained planning staff with academic backgrounds and <br />professional experience in regional, city, and town planning; zoning; architecture; <br />environmental analysis; landscape architecture; and public meeting facilitation, Dyett & <br />Bhatia's technical staff specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), cartography, <br />three - dimensional computer modeling, and visualization, <br />We see policy - making, land use planning, physical design, and implementation as related <br />activities, The diversity of our practice helps us clearly define issues and identify practical <br />courses of action, We believe that plan making is a collaborative effort involving a diversity of <br />stakeholders, and are committed to active community participation in the planning process. <br />The caliber of our work is evidenced by our record of adopted plans and ordinances, and <br />seven awards in the last three years alone from the American Planning Association. <br />
