EXHIBIT F <br />FORM OF DEED OF TRUST <br />The Deed of Trust shall be a standard title company deed of trust with a rider in the form set forth <br />below. <br />RIDER TO DEED OF TRUST <br />This Rider to Deed of Trust is executed by KAINOS HOME & TRAINING CENTER, a <br />California non - profit public benefit corporation ( "Trustor "), for the benefit of the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY ( "Beneficiary "). <br />1. This Deed of Trust also secures the obligations of the Trustor under that certain <br />Agreement for Funding to Acquire the Property, dated 6CPt 20 ;010 ( "Funding <br />Agreement "), and that certain Declaration of Affordability Co enants dated 4 6tvt. 23, 10 and <br />recorded on as Document No. in the Official Reco ds of San Mateo <br />County, California ( "Declaration "), against the property encumbered by this Deed of Trust. A <br />default under the Funding Agreement or Declaration shall be considered a default under this <br />Deed of Trust. <br />2.
