"1r,. <br /> ENT, made and entered into this d ay of r <br /> 2010, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City ") and Community Legal <br /> Services in East Palo Alto (CLSEPA), a California nonprofit organization <br /> ( "Contractor "; collectively the "Parties "). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ( "Programs "), and "B" <br /> ( "Quantitative Goals "), attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit B, for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2010, and ending June 30, 2011 (the "Fiscal Year "); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight and 55/100 ($8,768.55) for <br /> exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2010, and <br /> ending June 30, 2011, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS; ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. Contractor will use <br /> the funds provided pursuant to Paragraph 1 solely for the Project purposes <br /> described in Exhibit A ( "Programs ") and Exhibit B ( "Quantitative Goals "), <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> ATTY /AG R /2010.080 <br /> 081110 1 <br />
