UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> comply with the requirements and standards of the Community Development <br /> pY q Y p <br /> Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A -122, Cost Principles for Non - Profit <br /> Organizations, as amended, OMB Circular A -110, Uniform Administrative <br /> Requests for Grants and Agreements, as amended, and all other federal, state, <br /> and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> g q � pp <br /> 22. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to be bound by the Labor Laws of the <br /> State of California, and applicable Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in every agreement between Contractor and third parties in <br /> connection to the Project stating that the third party must comply with California <br /> Labor Laws and applicable Federal requirements. Pursuant to 42 USC 5310, all <br /> laborers and mechanics employed by contractors or subcontractors in the <br /> performance of construction work financed in whole or in part with assistance <br /> received from the Community Development Block Grant Funds shall be paid <br /> wages at rates not less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality <br /> as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis -Bacon Act, <br /> as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-- 276a -5): Provided, that this section shall apply to <br /> the rehabilitation of residential property only if such property contains not less <br /> than 8 units. The Secretary of Labor shall have, with respect to such labor <br /> standards, the authority and functions set forth in Reorganization Plan Numbered <br /> 14 of 1950 (15 F.R. 3176; 64 Stat. 1267) and section 276c of title 40, as may be <br /> amended from time to time.
