EXHIBIT B <br /> Quantitative Goals <br /> (Contract Objectives) <br /> Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto <br /> 2117 University Avenue <br /> East Palo Alto, CA 94303 <br /> Activity /Program Title: Foreclosure, Post - Foreclosure and Eviction Legal Services <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2010/2011 <br /> OBJECTIVE AND STRATEGIES NUMBER OF PERSONS COMPLETION <br /> OR HOUSEHOLDS DATE <br /> Primary quantitative contract goal' (Include only ONE primary goal in this section). <br /> Prevent homelessness (HOM -5) 30 households will receive June 30, 2011 <br /> legal services <br /> CLSEPA will provide legal services to 14 <br /> households including post - foreclosure legal <br /> services to 10 households (tenants or former <br /> owners); provide counsel and loan modification <br /> services to 20 low- income households facing <br /> home mortgage foreclosure. <br /> Other secondary goals, collaborative actions, outreach, and emphasis to be conducted. <br /> June 30,2011 <br /> Prevent homelessness (HOM -5); Meet the <br /> need of low income persons (HS -1) and <br /> improve access to services (HS -2) and remove <br /> barriers to provision of human services (HS -4) <br /> CLSEPA will send a mailing to all persons living <br /> in the eligible census tracts that are facing <br /> default (notice of default) informing them of <br /> CLSEPA's services and encouraging early <br /> intervention to assess legal options and avoid <br /> foreclosure when possible. <br /> CLSEPA will conduct 4 workshops in Redwood <br /> City designed to provide community education <br /> in the areas of foreclosure defense and post - <br /> foreclosure eviction defense. <br /> 1 <br /> Primary quantitative contract goal is the number of households OR persons you will assist under <br /> this contract as stated in your grant application.
